What will my booking portal do for me?
Every Booking Portal:
- Allows client to easily book a lesson/masterclass/multiple day class based on your hours and availability
- Allows client to easily submit their information: contact, goals, lesson materials (pdfs, mp3s, etc), even reschedule or cancel (depending on your terms and conditions).
- Allows client to pay online using any major credit card powered by Square payments or PayPal. You no longer have to chase down payments!
- Automatically generates a zoom meeting for lesson
- Automatically sends an email which includes all the client’s information, goals, lesson materials (pdfs, mp3s, etc), lesson time, and zoom link to both you and your client
- Automatically syncs with your iCalendar or Google Calendar to reflect availability, booked sessions, and blocked out dates
- Automatically sends reminder emails to your clients to prevent no shows
- Reschedule/cancel in one place at any point (depending on your terms and conditions)
- Receive direct deposit for earnings. Get paid through a free Square account which can link to your bank account or Cash App.
Further Customize Your Portal and Add-ons:
- Generate personalized discount codes: new students, back-to-school specials, taco Tuesday, the sky’s the limit! Set your desired term for each code (one time use, time limit, only towards specific classes) (Free when you subscribe)
- Create gift certificates for parents or friends to be a part of your clients’ career development or pure enjoyment (Free when you subscribe)
- Create personal website if you don’t already have one. We can use a template through your Square account which can display your credits, pictures as well as your booking portal to give your clients a one stop shop. (One time fee of $50)
- If you have your own website already, we can embed your booking portal or a “booking button” directly onto your website. *You must know your website login credentials* (One time fee of $25)
What do I pay?
Our pricing is simple: $5 per month and 5% of your fee after credit card fees. That’s it.
If you choose any add-ons, those are a separate one time fee:
- Creating a full website with pictures and descriptions and your booking portal through your Square account: One time fee of $50.
- Embedding the booking portal in your existing website: One time fee of $25
With this package, you won’t need to pay for your own subscriptions to the Acuity scheduling service, a Zoom pro account, accounting services, or even your own website. Yet you get to use all these services for much less than the $75-$150 per month you would have to pay if you purchased them yourself.
How do we keep the price that low?
As you’ve probably noticed, this is WAY lower than any other options out there. We created this business as a service to our community. We do need income to provide the services, but we try to keep the overhead as low as possible and pass those savings on to you.
